For example, MyAssistant can automatically identify vendors with insurance expiring in 30 days and send them a letter, send past due customers a list of their delinquent invoices, generate and distribute personalized reports on a regular schedule, and notify property managers when leases are about to expire. MyAssistant uses Microsoft Outlook to notify who you want with the information you specify. Timberline data can be included directly in email, and Timberline users can receive links to Sage Timberline Office reports and inquiries. MyAssistant can also attach any type of file to an email, including reports personalized for the email recipient. And after email is sent, MyAssistant helps manage the status of each notification.
